Mobile Home Loan Program

Built loan processing operations from intake to repayment for San Mateo County’s Mobile Home Loan Program, targeting unincorporated parks. Responsible for preliminary underwriting and loan qualifications, completing program development within six months.
Brisbane Housing Rehabilitation Program

Developed a city-specific program to provide low-interest loans and grants to preserve existing housing stock.

Assisted on preliminary design and community outreach for the Equitable Lead Hazard Abatement Program and Proactive Rental Inspection Program, leveraging $14M in settlement funds and creating a rotating inspection schedule to cover 80,000+ rental units
