I helped manage the West Coast portfolio of LIHTC transactions with JPMorgan Chase, assisting with underwriting and closing of multifamily deals, including HOPE SF projects.
Asset Management
As an early-stage consultant, I mapped asset management and underwriting workflows for a proptech platform, Builder’s Patch.
Over the summer of 2021, I managed three properties, totaling over 739 units with Essex Property Trust, and improved their operational efficiency.
