HEART launched the Housing Consulting Services Program in January of 2024 to meet the need for housing staff support across the county. Eight
communities are contracted with HEART to provide a range of housing programs and policy services.

Applied the 4P framework to develop recommendations for preventing resident displacement and building economic mobility.
Encampment Closure Project Managment
Managed coordination of East Palo Alto’s Homeless Outreach Team during two major encampment closures.
OUSD Central Kitchen Project
The Oakland Unified School District Central Kitchen, Instructional Farm, and Education Center (called “The Center”) is the hub of a district-wide school food program network that connects nutrition, education, and community programs at OUSD’s schools, kitchens, and gardens.
